Leann’s is an independent, locally-owned treasure, that has been around for many years … so sometimes it gets forgotten with all of the flashy, fast food chain restaurants on 10th St. (State Hwy 56). However, those who forget about it, are really missing out. This charming place has delicious food, served in a friendly and low-key environment. They have a loyal following at lunchtime, so best to get there early to get a table, if you want to eat in. They have daily lunch specials during the week, that are 3–4 courses, for only $7, including tax! Each day is a different set lunch special, and I have included a photo of this week’s specials, to give you an idea of the variety and the excellent value. If you are a fan of bierocks like I am, this is the place. They serve hot, fresh, homemade bierocks daily, and also have frozen bierocks that you can take home and consume from the freezer, whenever you want. Leann’s has a convenient drive-up window on the west side of the building. See y’all at Leann’s!
