Not pictured: -the delicious bacon jam under the cheese of the Bison Burger -a smiling Miranda who was the best waitress ever! If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would, holy cow! Lazy Dog was just across from our hotel when we arrived in Dallas. For its convenience it pulled us in for dinner. The atmosphere is cool and friendly. The staff was very polite and attentive! We had a club sandwich with fries and the Southern fried chicken salad. Both were great. The only silly suggestion I would have is to serve the club on a different plate, because the metal one kept on spinning on me making it hard to grab the sandwich 😅 silly I know! Before the meal we got complementary chips with Parmesan and a selection of sauces. Those were wonderful bites! Our beverages included Jamaican lemonade, which was beautifully served, and the strawberry lemonade, delish. The atmosphere throughout the evening was chill. I love the dog theme running through the restaurant and the bar had a fun fire hydrant for the beer taps. Great place for a night out! We went to this place for my mom’s birthday. It was so good and the service was great. I had the fish and chips. The only negative was they ran out of sweet potato fries but their regular fries were great too. They were soft on the inside with a lightly salted crispy exterior. The fish batter was fried crispy goodness with a tender fillet strip on inside. All the food was served hot and fresh. The pot roast plate was huge with large scoop of tender roast, sitting on top of a bed of spinach and a generous serving of soft mashed potatoes surrounded in roast juices. Very comforting when it’s cold outside. The pot pie is the only thing that was not made in house but it does not disappoint either. It has a crispy, flakey top with plenty of meat and veggies bathing in a savory sauce. One of the great things about this place is you can order tv trays(frozen made in house). This is my husband and I’s favorite Lazy Dog! The servers are so friendly and attentive. Our last server was Morgan and she took care of us so effortlessly! It was my first meal after recovering from wisdom tooth surgery and she gladly took care of all our requests! The food is always top notch. Always a wonderful meal at Lazy Dog. Service is impeccable. Attentive staff. Food is always well cooked and consistent from location to location. We had lettuce wraps for appetizer. Super good flavor. Chicken fried salad is so tasty with the cornbread croutons. And the Thai chicken salad had really good ingredients and tasted amazing! Also shown in photos is the tortilla soup! Is lazy part of the title for a reason and I missed the irony? Are staff supposed to be “lazy”? I understand that COVID dealt a blow to customer service but for a restaurant that has prices this high, poor service is unacceptable. First we were “greeted” by a young hostess who seemed annoyed we were there. Then much of the same attitude from our server. We had to ask for help serval times from other staff and they were not busy. Seemed odd! Prices were high and food was just okay. Silverware had hardened substance on handle at least two inches long that really put us off on the cleanliness. The place is beautiful with great music which did not match the poor service and less than memorable food. Feels like it could be such a great place to eat with some minor tweaks to flavor of food and major overhaul to service staff. Not sure anyone ever smiled or seemed happy to see us! Special drink of the season was a blood orange margarita which came with like garnish? I get being out of blood oranges but at least buy regular ones to garnish if you are changing $12 for a drink! Three people bill came to about $90 and I just don’t feel it was worth it based on the service alone. Did not meet expectations! All around good chain restaurant. Lots of food options, and great house IPA beers on tap. Easy to get a free app when you sign up for rewards/email. They also have a beer club that gives free beer upgrades and a customized 8-pack every quarter, and other perks. Not a fan of the queso dip, bit thick for my liking but the chicken lettuce wraps are a great starter. Added side of Brussel sprouts (tasty but covered in capers) with the sticky ribs and fries which were both excellent. Big fan of the peanut slaw as well. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Great atmosphere, most dogs are well-behaved. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Amazing food, did not expect the quality of the food to be so good. Pleasantly surprised. This restaurant has a large menu that includes everything from Asian cuisine to southern classic. It’s the perfect restaurant when you can’t decide what to eat. Everything was delicious and fresh. I tried several appetizers and dishes from their dinner menu. For the appetizers, I highly recommend the crispy deviled eggs and the candied bacon. From the dinner menu, I recommend the chicken fried ribeye, cuban sandwich, and ginger soy salmon. As a craft beer enthusiast I was happy to find out about their beer club. I joined the beer club I was able to take home 12 large beer cans home to try and my beer flight was free. Overall, I think this is a must try restaurant for everyone. Came here for dinner the other day with my family. We had a great experience. Seating was quick, and service was friendly and prompt. They have a very big menu, so my picky family did not have any difficulty finding something to eat! my girls had a few of the bowls, which were very good, and my son had a cheeseburger. I had a pulled pork sandwich. Everyone was happy with their meal, and they were no leftovers. Because it was my wife’s birthday, they gave us a complementary brownie sundae. We decided to get the raspberry butter cake as well, which was incredible! Pro tip – if you don’t order anything else order the raspberry butter cake! Highly recommend!
