On a vacation break from helping my clients improve their Medicare coverage, we spent the week in Lake Arrowhead. We decided to give Lake Arrowhead Brewing a try. I'm a lager/pilsner guy, so on their recommendation I tried the Flander Blonde. Loved it. Great staff, plenty of seating, and not far from the village.

Good beers with creative flavors - love the trick or treat seltzer. Open area in the back for kid entertainment, and dog friendly. Open to the weather, so dress accordingly, but friendly staff and a nice place to drink and hang out. Gets busy on weekends, so come early to get a table.

There are always some good light beers and some good IPAs on tap. I like the euro style wits and hefes, and I enjoyed my helles, hefe, and strawberry blonde. My wife loves IPAs, but didn't like drinking a pint of high ABV beer. They offer everything in a half pour, so she could enjoy the double hazy IPAs without getting hammered. I've taken at least 2 crowlers home everytime I've visited.

Great music and atmosphere with an array of delicious beer styles. There is a large outdoor area and the poke bowls at the food stand were great. The beer is high quality and fun.
