You can buy a whale steak here. Which i've never tried before My friends tried it and said that the whale steak is actually quite pleasant to eat. We saw a menu in Internet, the choice of dishes was good and we decided to try this place. The restaurant locates in a very nice area and the interior is also inviting. However, the whole experine was spoiled. First of all, the menu was not the same as in Internet, actually quite limited in our opinion. However, the worse part was our waiter, it was just terrible. We saw some negative reviews about the staff, maybe they all are about the same person. We give 3 stars for the food as an average rating. Two of us had pasta and it was good, not wow, just decent. I had something like pizza, but it was called something else in the menu, was overdone, black on the sides and dry. We will not recommend this place. Lovely food, 5 pieces, 2 tenderloins with bernaise, 1 x cod and 2 x chicken. Beautifully served, lovely taste, homemade bernaise. Dessert: Very good fondant, the best Veiled Peasant Girl ever said Wenche. Pleasant service. Recommended. Saw good reviews, so decidet to try. The service was awful, seemed that waiter, mr Hassan, is doing a favour taking an order, gave forks and knifes to us for help ourselves. Same with placing the dishes. The whale dish was ready in 5-7mins, the meat itself was falling apart that means it was frozen(even thought they told it was fresh). Also, the quality was awful, couldn’t chew it and cut because of lots of tendons. For 365,/per dish you should get atleast quality food and experience. None was there, really disappointed. Went there with a friend which highly recommended this place. The restaurant itself was in a very nice place, it was down at the Harbor, it had a nice view and the staff were very friendly. When it came to the meal I was very disappointed. I ordered chicken pasta. The sauce felt like it was heated up in a microwave and the portions were very small. An hour later we found ourselves at Peppes Pizza ordering ourselves some dinner. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Worth it if visiting Sandefjord! The place looks very nice, it has a covered floating deck with great view, and lots of seating space. The food is quite tasty and nicely plated, but if felt like the menu could have a few more options. The staff was nice and very attentive. Recommendable if you are visiting the town for e.g. the whaling museum
