It had been about 8 years since I visited this restaurant. Not because I don't like the food. It's just that the cost is too expensive. For a burrito it's almost $20. And everything else is not really cheap. The horchata is $5. The food wasn't all that bad it's just I couldn't come to a restaurant and pay $18 and up for some rice and beans. But other than that the customer service was okay. They checked on us here and there. And it would have been almost $90 for four people. Definitely not coming back here not because of the food but because of the price. I just found a card that I had been given a while back and thought I’d better use it. I was told they no longer take them because they changed their system. Since we were already there and had wanted to try, we sat and ordered. When our food arrived, she put the plates in front of us and left. We laughed and traded plates because she mixed them up not a big deal, it happens. After we traded, we realized it still wasn’t quite what we ordered either, but it smelled good so we ate it anyway. . The waitress never came back and checked if everything was ok. I called the number on the back of the card and was told the value on the card was still good. La Piñata never changed their system because they must notify the gift card company when/if they do. She also said there were 5 La Piñatas and they all accept the gift card. Disappointing experience. I ordered 3 burritos 🌯 regular adding sour cream and cheese it was a walk in that i ordered the food which was today Saturday 1-13-24 a little after 11:00 it was 2 chicken regular burritos 🌯 with the sour cream and 1 pork burrito🌯 with adding sour cream. But all 3 burritos 🌯 were horrible well terrible I spent $47.00 and my tortillas were soggy and wet my meat was hard just wasn't right at all 🍖 all meat 🍖 to the burritos 🌯 were terrible I would never return with adding I came from Fairfield ca. I was visiting a family member I and we as a family got robbed from our money hard earned money 💰 and robbed with terrible horrible food do not come here for they food burritos is just terrible thank you but no thank you .I was treated so unfair 😪 😕 the way the food tasted and for $47.00 was not worth it. Tonight was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and I was very happy with my food. I ordered the chicken flautas and bean-rice-cheese burrito. It was a to-go order and it was ready within 5 to 10 mins. Very tasty and fresh! I hope to be back soon.

Definitely looks was great and clean. Very quick service. Restaurant look actual true Mexican restaurant. You should try attest once. Food was great. I went with family. Every one likes food. We order all vegetarian. When I place order also order french fries for one kid. They bring all food except fries. No one bring or experience us what happened about fries. When I asked check ( bill ). Makes me surprise because they charge extra money on the bill that every I didn’t order item or I receive. Even I didn’t receive fries for kids. I started quiet.
