La Lanterna is an Italian restaurant with a Tuscan flair open during the dinner hour. Romantic with an upscale look and feel, it is a great place for date night or special occasions. Keeping with its traditional Italian theme, its décor features tile floors, draped curtains, wood furniture and white table linens. On warm days, La Lanterna often moves some of its tables outside on its patio under the awning and tent for diners to enjoy the beautiful weather. Whenever possible, La Lanterna uses local ingredients in its dish preparation. Along with Italian cuisine such as carbonara and shrimp fra diavolo, it also serves seafood dishes like mussels, lobster and scallops. Since 2003, La Lanterna is a family-owned and operated establishment. We take great pride in creating a friendly, genuine Tuscany dining experience. Sit in the lively main dining room, host a party in our classic Brick Room, or enjoy dining al fresco in the warmer months. We have expanded the restaurant, adding a newly renovated four-season porch. This dining room is equipped with heating and air conditioning so our guests will feel comfortable dining at any time of year. Domenico Winery now sells their California wines at La Lanterna. Please ask your server for the available selection. We are a BYOB Restaurant. Beer, Wine, and Champagne are welcome. There is also a liquor store two blocks diagonally from the restaurant.
