La Fabrique Coquelin is a little hidden gem inside the commercial plaza. I incidentally found it on a walk around the plaza and I am so glad I did. I visited several times throughout my stay in Tahiti. They offered pad thai for lunch and freshly pressed juices with the fruit of the day. Their cappuccino is also great! The cookies are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Please do yourself a favor and make a quick stop, cool off from the heat with a freshly pressed juice, and buy some cookies for the road.
