Absolutely amazing dinner. We ate at lunch time. Both my beautiful date and myself had the molcajete bowl. I'm part Mexican from So-Cali. This was outstanding. It isn't the same old tex-mex style stuff that is passed off as Mexican food. If you ask for spicy, it'll be spicy. This place is my go-to comfort food. I swing in after work for an early dinner (plus leftovers) or pick up a to-go order. Love the fajitas and enchiladas verde. I recommend ordering the steak or combo-steak options - very nicely cooked and not a cheap cut. BYOB is very nice, too, but also like getting bottled Coke there. Love their chicken tortilla soup (especially to bring home) and mofongo.
