I have been here for 20 years - but not very often during those 20 years. I no longer live in Hesperia, but if I did this would likely be a once a month stop for me for sure. Food is good, servers were great - though a little distracted because they learned the day I was there that the owner had sold the place to a new team. The last few times we have eaten here the food was amazing. We went back a couple of weeks ago and the food was not good! The beans tasted like lard, the meatball soup had no flavor, the cheese in the enchiladas wasn’t melted, and the salsa was tomato water, no taste, no cilantro, chilis, onions, nothing. This is the best Mexican food in the high desert. Just heard they are retiring and sold😪😪😪😪 to los Domingo's. What a loss for the high desert. Family gathering. 12 people on a Saturday and their staff did amazing. Bonus- we were also celebrating a birthday and they made it so much fun. Thank you so much LA Casita.
