Food is always bomb. Owner is awesome but they tend to sell out at the end of the day but that’s how you know the food is good. I travel for work and always stop by when I’m in the valley! I love the banh mi and the vermicelli!

THE place to cozy up to a delicious Banh Mi. We've tried the pork belly, lemon grass beef, and cold cut. All of them are absolutely perfect and served in a tasty fresh baked baguette. Try their perfect limeade & best fresh rolls in the area. I don't have photos b/c everything went straight into our faces. Did not expect to find such an amazing Vietnamese spot out in the desert, comparable (if not better) than spots out in LA! We both got the pork shoulder bahn mi with everything on it and it was out of this world. Special :) Very very nice staff and wonderful environment. Hibiscus drink is light and refreshing and I highly recommend. Would have added pictures but this time, phone did not eat first.
