Loved there hookah one of the best hookah in the city the music is very cool and the sitting is super comfortable love the guy who makes the hookah he got the best suggestions for flavour the only draw back is there is one girl Who was very unprofessional and disrespectful was not at all friendly with me was asking me to leave early before the closing time and was cleaning on my face for closing the lounge when i was sitting and she gave a cheque asked to leave and had an unpleasant face the server attitude was very rude while people were walking in

I love the idea of this place the decor is really cute , ambiance is dope. Our waitress had a great attitude and was friendly. This place was really nice I love the music the hookah wasn't harsh it didn't give me a headache First time there and everything was great 😊 I really enjoyed my night here. It was amazing! Best Hookah Bar! atmosphere and staff!!! I rate 10/10……

This is a beautiful hookah lounge. Great choice of music. Super friendly staff and very kind. The VIP hookah is super smooth and they make excellent turkish coffee. Be mindful though that they only accept cash, but there is an ATM on site.

I don’t even know where to start. When I first came to Kush when it first open over a decade ago. This place was everything that I love about a hookah lounge. Absolute joyful for every visit that come to hangout with my friends. Hookah and the flavors are amazing and honestly the best one in Chicagoland. Tim the owner is one of genuine and kind people in the world. Also makes me feel like I’m at home. Same with the rest of the staff too. I am very happy to be one of their regulars.

We went to this hookah cafe, and the service was so incredibly bad that it was impressively awful. It's almost like they've mastered the art of terrible service. Therefore, we're compelled to leave this review on Google Maps. Avoid this place if you value decent service! One good thing about them is them having an employee like Ahmet, he knows how to communicate very well.

I am a regular customer at this establishment, and I have always enjoyed the hookah and the ambiance. However, I was quite surprised and disappointed by the behavior of the individuals who appeared to be in charge yesterday, particularly the manager. They began rushing us to leave earlier than the posted closing time, which left a negative impression on our experience.

Very bad experience. The staff was very rude. The website said they close at 2 am but the staff said they close at 1 am and was rushing the customers to leave after 12:30 am. We asked the guy there for a refill around 12:40 am and he mentioned they were about to close soon and didn’t give us any refills. When we asked the lady working there to confirm their closing time, she ignored us and told us to inquire it with the other staff member. Will never return.

Relaxing and comfortable hookah lounge. Coming here since 2013, very welcoming, Great staff, good hookah. Chill and relaxing lounge, come here with my girlfriend on a weekly basis, we love it. If you have love for hookah and enjoy smoking the VIP hookah is the one to get. There is a sharing fee which is reasonable overall great place recommend anyone to come here. Open seven days a week 7-2am.
