One of the best ever Concepts I have experience so far here in turkey. Beautifully created ambience very well decorated restaurant stuff so friendly and they speak with English whether the food is it in a different story., very delicious, well calibrate, it tastes and creative dishes. Beautifully decorated traditional turkish restaurant specializing in gözleme. Their specialty is the gözleme with yoghurt and tomato sauce. This thing is absolutely incredible. It’s like a cross between mantı and gözleme. I had the kaşar & kıyma, patates, eggplant & kıyma, ıspanaklı, and kaşar & peynir. They were all good but the eggplant & kıyma gözleme with the yoghurt and tomato sauce was my favourite. They served a breakfast platter (pictured) which includes gözleme. They make it right next to you which is pretty cool. The price was also very reasonable, we paid about 1000 lira for about 8 or 9 people. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in Bolu. One of the best Gozleme restaurant in Bolu. Located in city centre of bolu next to Old historical building. There food tast is amazing and delicious 😋. When ever I visited the restaurant I found it very crowds and I have to wait till I get free table. People working in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful and smiling all the time. Prices are average. Thanks for all the people working in restaurant for there hospitality.

The service is painfully slow. They can not manage the customer orders. Always mixing the orders. The taste is great. If you can wait ; decide to eat the gozleme with the yoghurt option.
