i ordered a cake for my birthday because i wanted a photo on it. i gave four photos as options because i was told they’re might be a copyright issue. the cake person was supposed to call the next day and never did. they ended up using all four photos due to lack of communication and they’re weren’t even neatly put on. there were gaps in between the pictures and it looked sloppy. definitely will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered cupcakes and a cake for our daughters first birthday party two weeks in advance. Went to pick them up and the cupcake container was fogged up because they had iced hot cupcakes and placed them in the container. Whether they forgot about my order or pure ignorance, the cupcakes were ruined and inedible. The icing had slid off every cupcake by the time I got to the service desk to complain. Their solution? Take them back to the bakery so they could re-ice hot cupcakes again. Then, the cake we ordered was extremely slanted and uneven, the printed image had bled, the icing was lazily slapped on and was not smooth and the whole cake was unattractive. It was a mess and extremely disappointing considering it was ordered well in advance and it was for a first birthday party. We received a refund but I will never go back. They were mistakes that no good baker would ever make. Lazy and embarrassing.
