I went through the drive-thru. the man on duty picked up scanner to scan my app.. he had on a glove that was never changed then proceeded to get my order. He walked over to the conveyor belt and picked up donuts and put them in the box! Yes, to my surprise he did not hesitate to reach over and pick up donuts with that nasty gloved hand that who knows how long he had on. He, I'm sure handled money, the scanner and who knows what else. I however did not hesitate either. I was polite and asked him to change the glove to get the next set of donuts. He still did not wash hands and he put the glove on with the other dirty hand! (Hand on face emoji) I don't understand how food service workers wear gloves and think everything is clean, but nonetheless touch everything around them and scratch face, move hats, twist ear piercings, etc. Folks need to be trained and retrained and that goes for management, also. I realize restaurants are not as cognizant as during covid, some food service workers just plain don't care. And the other worker, on his phone and handling donuts... The coffee was horrible the donuts were old. I felt like the staff did not fully understand what oatmilk was and menu never made it clear it is used as a option or not. I was finally told that it was only in frozen drink as a premaid item. Never going back Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great place, it was my last stop before returning home. The donuts are great but I think they are much sweeter or something well the donuts holes seemed like it. The north side door is closes so I had to go to the other door. Customer service was on point. Great job on that. I recommend it it's Krispy cream donuts so you know it's good. I work doordash and the drive thru lady way rude and wouldn't get my order at the drive thru. The only reason I went through the drive through is because every time I go the lobby's closed. When she rudely told me that the lobby is open today I had to come in and wait behind customers with my order sitting right there on the counter. The lady that was rude to me was a big black lady. And she was talking to another employee. While one employee made everybody's order. Most black people get a bad reputation because of this.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just like the other recent reviews of this location, they NEED new management or SOMETHING because this is a joke…$2 for a cold, half SMASHED, and half iced abomination, they call a donut at this location..The fact this isn’t even the first time I’ve came here and gotten terrible donuts is very irritating and disheartening especially when the business is literally just freaking donuts. How is that hard to do besides just not caring? I applied here and they ignored my application, but clearly they need to look into it and rehire, the excuse I was given was that there’s, “only one person on the clock.” but why’s there two employees standing outside, vaping, and 2 others inside the building…Mkey.

Worst crispy creme experience EVER! To start, the old lady there was pretty rude in the drive-thru. Then to spend 16 bucks on this disappointment?! These aren’t even doughnuts, they are so skinny and small. Never going to krispy kreme again. Locals do it better.

The donuts are packing with flavor as usual but come on now! I get it, it’s rough in our economy but the size of these donuts now are almost half the size that they once were. I see the prices went up as well. I paid almost $20 for some flat donuts with bigger size donut holes. I did not get my moneys worth this time around and I’m disappointed on how skinny and small they are!

It was St. Patrick’s Day and they served up green donuts! This place is always a win with the kids and they provide a military discount. I will stir the pot and say that Krispy Kreme is THE best donut. Melt in your mouth amazing.

What is this??? I just picked up my ORIGINAL glazed donuts and this is what I got. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it was “warm”. But half my donuts are the size of MINIS. I got small donuts as half my order. Pretty annoying considering the fact that these are $12.99 a BOX

Krispy Kreme is the best! I don't know exactly what is in these donuts- but who cares- they are delicious. Such great hospitality when you come into the facility. The staff are polite and very patient as I take my time to decide. The classic glaze is unmatched!! I’ve come here so many times and each time the experience seems to get better. Krispy Kreme is within walking distance from Lowe's Home Improvement, Sam's Club, and LA Fitness. Krispy Kreme also has a great selection of hot & cold drinks like Hot Coffee, Espresso, and Iced Specialty Lattes. You can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme.
