The old lady with grey hair needs to either be fired or urged into retirement. We ordered and showed her our bright pink zta card to get the promotion on it and after we paid she told us to pull around and wait out front. We sat out front for 20 minutes before finally deciding to pull around to the window and see what was going on. She opened the window and acted like she had never seen us in her life. She said she had never seen us before and gave us horrible attitude. She then started blaming their lack of service and her lack of memory on her co-workers. She eventually found the 2 dozen and I guess finally remembered us and handed them to us without saying a word, not even an apology. The whole interaction pissed me off beyond belief. I don’t even want the doughnuts anymore. Please God don’t give grandma the night shift again her memory clearly can’t handle it. Service: 1
