The sale price advertised for glazed donuts, Contains fine print that states "with purchase at full price". $18 For one dozen donuts plus 1 dozen at the sale price.,,, At the very least the advertisement has deceptive advertising practices within. Then waiting at the drive through for "fifteen minutes" only to find out how much for a sale priced item, That really wasn't on sale, Without the additional purchase at full price.

WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO TRY AND ENJOY A DONUT. Went in with my 2 year old daughter to have a valentine donut and enjoy some time together. Was kinda hard to enjoy anything in there. The entire staff, literally the ENTIRE STAFF, every single one of them. Sitting in the lobby playing loud obnoxious music, cursing, and twerking. They greeted the customers as they came in but continued to just act like as if they were in a club. I truly believe that they thought what they were doing was okay. I ordered 3 boxes of mini donuts 5 days before pickup. I get there to pick up my order and they said they didn't receive it. Then they changed it to they don't have the mini donuts. 5 people in there working and they couldn't get a small order together with 5 days in advance. First off, I asked for a hot specialty latte. They told me some kind of machine was down so they could only do frozen drinks and coffee. I asked for the vanilla mocha and ordered a specialty donut. They didn’t have the donut either. I ordered something else. It took a long time to get my food, the customer service was poor and my coffee was cold. It wasn’t even warm. This was my first time ever going to Krispy Kreme and it will be my last. I’ll stick with my Starbucks Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My visits to Krispy Kreme have left me frustrated. Despite giving the location multiple chances, I consistently encounter issues. The donuts lack freshness in the morning, and my first coffee order was served at room temperature despite my request for a fresh cup.
