Love this place. The stove is right on your table. They bring out broth that you choose, as for us we are vegetarian so we choose vegetable broth. You can choose what kind of meat and vegetables you want and you and you have the power to leave the food in the broth as long as you want. Soft or crispy. Good alternative to the usual places in Anthem. TSMC chip plant should bring more Asian cuisine options to this area with many of their workers transplanting here. My only suggestion isfor the restaurant to get silicon chair leg protectors from Amazon. The screeching ear piercing noise when someone moves their chair without getting up is excruciating.
