Food that we ordered were delicious. I ordered kale Cesar salad. With just the right amount of sauce, crispy lettuce and plenty of chicken, it was a very good lunch. My friends ordered sandwiches that were so flavorful, it actually surprised us. We had to finish our lunch with dessert: soft peanut cookies, toasted almond crusted croissant and coffee. Each of those were perfect in their own ways. In addition, our waitress was so nice and friendly. She was always in smile. She made the lunch a very excellent experience. It was a perfect lunch. I would definitely love to come back again.

Julie was great! An absolute charm and pleasure to chat with. So gentle as well as she embraced our adult son with special needs who likes to touch people he doesn't know ...we love her! We live just over 2 hours from Kitchen but we most definitely plan on getting back more than once a year and definitely when passing thru. BTW - the food was great as well ...very fresh and tasty with a really nice selection for everyone! A definite destination cafe and being that it's nestled in one of the renovated hangars on the historic, mostly decommissioned military base is an added bonus. Did I mention that Julie is great and that we love her?

Kitchen catered a memorial reception I attended today, and I had to come leave praise!
First of all, this was the best tasting hot buffet I've had in a long time, and I'm very particular about food.
Delicious soft and crusty bread and a perfectly dressed crisp green Caesar salad to begin, then there was a chicken breast with artichoke hearts that was so moist and delicious I had a difficult time believing it came from a chafing dish and not straight from a skillet.
Then there was a stewed/braised beef in a tomato wine gravy that knocked my socks off. If I could get that recipe, I'd make it for my mom once a month at least!
Second, the staff were so wonderful and kind! Really above and beyond, maintaining the tables flawlessly without appearing busy.
They were patient and playful with the precocious children, keeping them entertained and occupied on top of everything else.
Third! The deserts were divine! Chocolaty chocolate chip cookies that tasted home-made, crunchy gooey pecan pie bars and THE BEST lemon bars I've had in twenty years. The lemon curd was perfect! Tart and smooth and full of fresh lemon flavor. Not too sweet, no weird lemon extract (pledge) flavor, just pure fresh velvety lemon curd, heaped generously on top of flaky short bread.
Pure heaven!
I'll be heading to Hamilton hangars soon to try out their beautiful looking brunch options!

Every dish full of flavor, perfect in every delicious way. The best almond croissant I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot! Been here three times and it is now one of our faves. It is small so inside is limited seating. We like that they have outside seating (for the immune compromised) but without any heat lamps kinda chilly this time of year. The service was prompt and friendly as can be.
I so wish they had a bigger place with warmer outdoor seating! Maybe that will happen. Fingers crossed. Also they need a restroom for us girls !
