Buffalonian here, can say without a doubt pizza is NYC level pizza. Everything about the place is authentic from the dishes to the chefs in the back. Incredibly friendly staff that made it seem like it was their pleasure to have us there. As well as an amazing owner who came out talked to my family and even brought out a dessert for my 5 year old niece. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing Italian. Forget the atmosphere. You will have your eyes closed the whole time in complete sublime bliss. Although... your ears will be filled with Italian voices from the kitchen, and when you open your mouth for the next bite, you can see gorgeous Italy on the TV screen. Personally, I hate NY style pizza, but if it happens to be yours, this IS the place. King's is SOOOO MUCH more than pizza. The name is misleading. Their ABUNDANT portions of Italian dishes are BEYOND gourmet level. The quality is off the charts; from their heavenly sauces on perfect pasta to their miraculous bread, you will be thinking about booking a flight before you leave the table. --but... I wonder if Italy's restaurants can compete.🤔 Perhaps we already have the very best from the country hidden in a little shopping center in Ladson, South Carolina. Who knew?🤷‍♀️ Well, now you do. Go. Now. --and next week. If I didn't have so much leftover from my last visit. I rarely if ever leave comments. I made this review for only one reason. Today, I was reminded of a memory I forgot of a man I met a long time ago who made a pizza for me. They may never win any awards, or be considered the best in the world. But the Sicilian Pizza reminded me of a friend I’ll never see again. For that, you have a customer who will always come back. Enjoyed coming here for years. Just isn't the same now. Think I'm done with this place. Advised it'd be about 30 mins. Ended up being almost an hour. Got back home to find the pizza was overcooked and the fried calamari tasted like half of it was old. Waste of fifty dollars. Carla was the best waitress I've ever had. I had a 3yr old who was not in the mood for anything at all and she helped calm him down and played with him and didn't make me feel bad for having an irritable kid. The food was phenomenal. Hidden gem! Get the stuffed pizza, you won't regret it. Haven't had a bad thing from this place yet. Baked ziti is actually baked ziti and not penne with sauce and cheese like most places. The cold sandwiches, calamari, jalapeno poppers, cannolis and tiramisu were excellent as well! My husband and I love frequenting Kings! Good menu selection & Tonight we tried the Chicken Parmigiana pizza and it was delicious! Very nice serving sizes to go with the taste. Some other things we enjoy are the pastas, calzones, and Stromboli that could easily feed 2 people as a small order. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

You cannot beat the quality and taste of Kings pizza. Every time. I've been ordering from here for years and have never had one wrong. The ingredients are always appealing and very tasteful. Speed of service is always been on point! The owners and employees of this restaurant are authentic Italian and understand what the food should taste like. Not to mention they have yet to have a bad apple in the bunch that I've seen. Always smiling at this place! This is a large Philly cheese stromboli and we had such a short wait time it was almost unreal! The deliver to local around the store.
