My first time there. The chicken strips with dip were tasty moist, crispy, perfectly coated. The coleslaw alone, I'd go back for.

Our experience was elevated completely by the young lady working the window. We walked up to order, and realizing we were first timers, she gave us great suggestions and advice so that we got a good sampling of the menu. The fried chicken and grilled tenders were spot on! We all loved the baked beans and the potato wedges and slaw. The only thing that didn't wow us was the sauces. None of us loved any of them...not the ranch, white BBQ sauce or the chunky hot sauce. But if you are looking for friendly service and food that doesn't even need sauces, this is it!

Stopped here today! Food was amazing! It took a while to get done but it was well worth the wait! There is a walk up window to order from outside or you can drive up in your car! Chicken was seasoned to perfection and the Mac and cheese and slaw taste like grandma’s…..on point! Traveling for work came across this tiny gem and I will definitely be back! Food taste like it was cooked with a lotta love! Family owned establishment from what I could tell and everyone was very nice!

The Bird dogs - Pics here on google of this item is what drew me to this stop in the first place. Took awhile to figure out the name.
If you like chicken sammies, these are a winner. Fried chicken tenders, bacon, good sauce, house pickles on a bun. Get 2 or 4...
The Bowl Salad with smoked chicken - I tried to get a cross section because this is hard to see what it is from the top. Know it's probably half chicken / half "salad" in ratio, dressed in sauce. So if you're thinking "light", this ain't it. If you're thinking tasty and no bun, dive in...
Friendly service and the food is made to order. It didn't take long to get our order but if you're in a hurry, I saw many call ahead.

I tried breakfast here for the first time today & it was a great choice. I had eggs, bacon, a sausage, biscuit, hash brows, & my absolute favorite GRITS. My expectations were exceeded and I’d definitely be back. If you’re ever headed to or through Belden Ms.. you won’t regret stopping by.

Great soul food. There is a walkup window and you can also eat inside. There is not many places that sell actual soul food here in Tupelo. I just happened to be looking for a different place, and found this place, by lunch. I ordered fried catfish, which comes with hush puppies (excellent), Mac n cheese and bread. Also, ordered the banana pudding. The pudding was tasteful, but too sweet. I don't use sugar that much. Great place to visit. Has a lot on the menu.

Great chicken and sides. The chicken was done perfectly and had a unique flavor. It went perfectly with the king sauce, which is their version of honey mustard and quite tasty at that. I'm rarely impressed by Mac and Cheese but they had a great tasting version. Also the potato salad! Amazing to find such unique flavors and little twists at such a small place. Will definitely be stopping back by when I come through here. Just can't say enough good things...
