Entered the restaurant. We stood at the "Please wait to be seated" sign for 10 minutes without any staff acknowledging us. As we were waiting, we noticed there were dirty tables everywhere. We only seen one staff person working. We left and went somewhere else. Really bad experience.

We haven't been to Kicking wings in 8 years but, I'm so happy we came back. The service and food was excellent. Bridgit the bartender was so awesome, fun and informative. You can tell she loves her job. The food was delicious! I had the boneless wings with sweet potatoes which I highly recommend. Although on Tuesday you should definitely give the tacos a try. Supporting local bike night with our guide dog in training. The staff was really welcoming, and we had no issues bringing our guide dog in training. She sat quietly and didn't disturb anyone. We have been going here for a long time. The sign and the menu says Philly sandwiches $ 7.00 but now they have started adding for cheese. I'm sorry but a Philly sandwich has cheese on it. That's like offering a sandwich and charging for the bread. The waitress when we would order would ask what kind of cheese we wanted. It not a lot of money but it's the principle of the issue. Also last night the service was very slow. We ordered and everyone around us who came after us was eating before we got our food, we even asked another server to look for our food and server. Took my wife and kids for lunch today. As soon as we arrived here I could hear other tables complaining about issues. When the food arrived and it did arrive rather quickly which I was pleased about. But, the food was not desirable looking in the least. When the waitress asked the first time about the meal my wife held up a french fry and began to speak. Just about that time the waitress turned and left. Later in the meal same happened to me. We were asked how everything was, while asking for another drink she was already off to somewhere else. We can say comfortably we will probably not be coming back here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I sat at the bar, ordered 15 wings and drink. The Bartender was accommodating and the wings arrived fast and hot. The wings were very good as was the service. I will return another Sunday for the 1/2 price wings. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
