Al the time I have to wait long till I get my food. Once I get after 38 minutes. And It was not busy. The staff it's very slow and they forget all the time something. The most of the time the food is cold. They start to prepare your menu than they do something else, than they come again to bring something to your order. I also saw some unsanitary moments, finger in the nose that preparing the food. When you start bad, it's easy to make progress. KFC Emmen made progress. Let's see how good they keep it. Ok, update. The Classic weren't in stock, so they had to make new ones. No problem, we can wait. Brought a new batch. nice and hot. And not well done. Didn't think much of it at the time. Realized I shouldn't have eaten it later that evening. One star down. Nothing bad has been happening for a while. Although the printers are always broken here, still 1 star up. Ok they removed the chicken popcorn from their menu. Which happens I guess. Not so happy they lied about it. They tell you the product just changed names. Would've fallen for if it the portions were completely different. If a product is gone, just say it's gone. You lie to me, it take it personally. goodbye. And back again. Ordered twisters. Received twisters. Nothing missing. Printer still broken, or again. Ordered two humburgers with some other stuff to take away Forgot to pack the hamburgers but packed big basket of chicken wings! Charged (the wrong item) for that as well. I have to say we order regularly and it almost never happened they pack everything correctly. Just amazingly bad experiences. Several times we checked there then found out. Enough parking for a village but it looked like no one lived there. The kids menu was really small. We were with 2 kids and we got 2 kids menu. Unfortunately in kids menu was not mashed potatoes with gravy in options and corn was without butter. Also without cob it’s really difficult for children eat a corn. In kids menu was drumstick on the photo but we got a small wings! Went there to order a coupon meal, but apparently the coupon was nor in their computer so if i would pay the full price, no coupon price, coulance or other friendly service. Computer says no apperantly Service: 1

Overal very good KFC but one thing that I noticed is that the ceiling has metal sheets and bounces the sounds around quite a lot. On top of that the ceiling is very high so even more space for sound to travel. But food wise everything was good and also very fast. Great food but it took quite a while to get our delivery and in 9/10 times I ordered they always forget something. Also they only have Uber delivery service so without drivers nearby delivery is not an option where every other fast food chain has their own delivery services.
