I ordered with them through Uber eats and of course food was missing I have never ordered from here and actually got all my food when using Uber I hadn’t done it for over a year and thought no way it would still be happening and sure enough I ordered a 16 piece meal and only got 12 my 3?“large” mashed potatoes were half empty. Absolutely ridiculous I’m feeding 7 kids paid 98$ and not only is food missing the chicken supposed to be extra crispy was super soggy. Came in for uber for 1 item, sat at the counter for 10 plus minutes, had the the lady at the counter help others next to me while purposely choosing to help people who came in after me, Worst customer service ever, but really though, why have a pick up area and then not use it? I seen a customer receive their order inside, went through the order, opened the Mac and cheese the mash and even took a fry or two. Customer didn’t like something about it, they took the order back put the fries the customer gave them and put it back with the other fries and gave the rest of it through drive through. Wow. Went to get Kfc for a Mac and Cheese with Chicken Bowl and I am not satisfied with my order. Barely any food for the price I paid for. As i eat the food I felt like the food was rushed the chicken so burnt and crunchy and the mac and cheese was okay. Food: 1
