I was checking to see if they had changed their service. I was there a month ago and the same thing happened to me when I went. I love KFC chicken but will find another chicken place to go to. I was the only car there at the time and got bad service, it was like I was bothering them and felt very unwelcome. And was waiting on getting service (10 minutes)at the drive thru speaker and then a long time getting my order. I see they changed at all.
