THIS KFC LOCATION IS ATROCIOUS!!!! THE WAY THE LADY I THE STORE LET ALONE THE COMPANY TREATS THEIR EMPLOYEES. ESPECIALLY THEIR EMPLOYEES WILLING, WANTING, AND DAMN NEAR "BEGGIN" TO WORK. THE MANAGER WANTS TO GIVE PEOPLE JOBS TALK TO THEM CRAZY FOR NO REASON AND WHEN THE EMPLOYEE "POLITELY" STANDS UP FOR ONES SELF SAYING "YOU DINT NEED TO YELL AT ME OR SPEAK TO ME LIKE A CHILD WE ARE BOTH ADULTS JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED". OFFENDED THE MANAGER AND SHE STOP SCHEDULING SAID EMPLOYEE THEN LIED SAYING THEY HAD A NO CALL NO SHOW. THIS EMPLOYEE HAS REACHED OUT TO THE FRANCHISE AND AFTER 2 MONTHS OF WHAT SEEMS TO BE BEGGING TO WORK AND TOLD WOULD BE PUT BACK ON THE SCHEDULE. !!!!!NOTHING!!!!!! HAS BEN DONE TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION. IS THIS HOW THIS FRANCHISE WANTS THEIR COMPANY TO BE REPRESENTED? I WOULD NOT WANT ANY VRANCH OF MY COMPANY TO BE MISTREATING AND SLANDERING MY EMPLOYEES.

My 16 yr old son went in for an interview and was denied a position simply because he said his mom has an issue with him working with other people that are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and alcohol because “it’s not safe”. He was immediately humiliated. The hiring manager called other people to join in and told my son to repeat what he stated about not wanting to work with people under the influence of alcohol. The other employee that the hiring manager called over told my son that unfortunately they can’t control who comes in to work while drunk. They were very unprofessional and told him he’d be better off working elsewhere . Calling him a liar about his last position on his previous job when all they had to do was call his previous job and verify that he was indeed employed there and his position he said he had was accurate. The interview has nothing to do with his qualifications instead she questioned him about what his mother’s last name was, had him describe his dad and tell her who and where his sister worked . What car his parents drove and where we lived. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
