Ordered 2 buckets online (12/16), made it to the store 15 minutes later and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes. Food never arrived, manager never bothered to come out of the back, kid running the counter said the folks in the back wouldn't tell him how much longer. Restaurant was empty! Then KFC support never processed my refund so I may have to deal with a charge back on my card. This may literally be the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to which is impressive in its own right. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 2 pot pies and 1 chicken bites. Told 20 minutes for pies. 45 minutes later no food. Got back in line and told another 10 minutes. This is the worst kfc in okla. The manager should be terminated for lack of training. I was so mad I didn't demand money back. This isn't the first time I've had problems with not completing my order as I ordered. Tried kfc again. Ordered 2 chicken pot pies, one was good, the other was 1/4 full. What the hell! Why would employees sell that. Mustang KFC is the worst. Don't go there. Got a 16 piece family meal...did an online order...went thru the drive thru...was timely for being 7 cars in line...got home...had 8 breasts 1 drum stick and 7 wings...ZERO BISCUITS!!!!!!
