I ordered ahead for a 12 piece extra crispy at 4pm to be picked up at 5 15p and I still had to wait over 30 minutes because they didn't have extra crispy. Terrible Service. Went through the drive through, they forget all 6 biscuits I ordered. Left my name, was told I had two weeks to stop by. When I called to see if my name was still on the list, they said no, asked if I had a reciept, of course I don’t! Then whoever I spoke to offered me 4 biscuits this time as if she is doing me a favor. Instead of the six they skimped me. Very unsatisfied. I came to KFC around 6 pm during Dinner time get to Drive thru and the girl states there is NonChicken its cooking and it can take up to 20 minutes. KFC get it together, you know it's Dinner time people don't want to cook, you should have Chicken ready. Than I had to wait in Drive thru for 2 other cars ahead of me. Manager please check your staff, they need to be on top of Food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
