Place is understaffed. Many workers speak no Dutch and barely any English. Had to wait for about an hour in store for my order despite having ordered online in advance. Place looks absolutely filthy, and I've heard the business has been fined by the municipality before for not complying with standards. This KFC is easily the worst I've ever been to. One of the worst KFC I tried. Long time of waiting even if isn't busy. Food is cold and for the 4th time there isn't any sauce in my twister !! Fries old, and barely salty and gummy.. 1. last time we ordered a 14 hot-wing bucket at drive-thru, and guess how many wings I got in that bucket? only 10!!!!! ridiculous!!! can no one at KFC count to 14???? so i paid € 11.95 for 10 hotwings.... remember always count your hotwings in the bucket before you start eating!!!!! always less than what you should actually get....what a coincidence eh? 2. Never enough chairs to sit inside friday to sunday evening. You have to literally stand next to people to wait, who are still eating but almost finished... so they feel guilty eating their food and you feel guilty rushing them. 3. We ordered a corn on the side but it was just plain. No butter anymore like it did, which of course we didn't know. We asked the manager for our money back, she said it's been like that for 7 months and there's nothing wrong with your food so NO! NO money back!! so a completely tasteless small piece of corn cost us €2.50... (last time we ordered a corn on the side was 1 year ago. We're not a big fan of fastfood....) 4. many people had to wait for 1 hour before they got their food on a sunday evening (6pm-7pm)!! shame on this so-called "FASTFOOD" chain. 5. No cash order due to lack of employees, only 6 order machines and 1 was even not working... I cannot think of any worse fastfood restaurant than this one. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The store was totally out of control yesterday , it was very annoying was kept for over a hour and 15mins before my friends and I had our order. Customers were left ignored waiting on the cashier desk for more than 20mins. Low quality service and very disorganized , the whole place was just messy. No one could try to let the customers know why we were not getting our orders on time and why the disorganization. I almost cancelled my order but my friend told me to relax and seeing that they couldn’t even give refunds to some customers because they said not enough cash. I love KFC the most so it's sad that MC had better service there. KFC for get my coleslaw from my menu and no napkins. The big menu screen misleading and very complicated using the machine to order it also seems to be understaffed all dirty tables and restroom every time Im there There was no screen to see what ticket number is served. I love KFC in general. At this location was not really pleased with portions. Ordered a 6 piece original bucket but all we got were chicken drumsticks and wings only. I like the piece bucket with chicken tighs or even breast but none in mine... Also was not as crispy as we're used to from KFC . On a plus side... they now have lemonade as beverage... that was really refreshing ❤

The 45 min wait at the drive thru was not fun, but the restaurant is new in the area so we can understand that the employee's are doing there best and still trying to get a hang of things. The order was correct even though i always double check my order before driving off. Food was warm and delicious and the milkshakes (Chocolate & Strawberry) were beyond our expectations. Super lekker!
