03/05/24 - Today I noticed they have a new staff. All of them are friendly. I was pleased with the service. It's a nice place for lunch. Lots of lunch specials. I try a new dish almost every time, but if I can't make up my mind I get the tempura. I like the hot oil. My daughter likes the Teriyaki chicken. My wife orders the sushi 🍣 I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Ordered Miso Ramen. The pork is chewy. It is overcooked. The noodles are ok but somewhat hard too. The soup is just salty, no other flavors. Although the ramen price is cheaper than other restaurant in WL for about 1 or 2 dollars, you will get better Japanese Ramen experience if you can go other places. In a nutshell, there are other places to get authentic Japanese cuisines. The tonkotsu ramen noodles are chewy and the pork is also chewy. If you want to get some authentic Japanese ramen, go to Yatagarasu- Lafayette, one of the best Japanese restaurant you can find in this area.
