I have been at just smoking a few times before
It’s been good
Was there last Saturday to pick up my order.
I ordered 1/2 lb brisket 1lb pulled pork.
Got home it seemed a little light.
So I weighed it
It should have been 24 oz
It was only 15.6 oz
I got ripped off
It cost me 36.50
I tried to call and let them know but no one answered the phone
I hope next time I go they will make it right

I stopped back in today and Justin gave me 1lb of pulled pork @ 1/2lb of brisket and some beans too. It was excellent. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely Fantastic!! This was recommended by a friend of mine that loves BBQ smoked meats. I had the ribs and pork belly. They sides were also excellent and the stuffed pepper and brisket soup was great. I'm going back this week!!

Cornbread
Best BBQ in the area. Hands down better than smoked at 220 something. They are so forgettable I forgot their name. Smoke rings throughout, plenty of options. The brisket, corned beef and ribs were great, but the ribs were the best. Smoky, fall off the bone tender and they don't skimp on the rub like 220 something does. Have I mentioned they're better than 220 something?
I've been all over the US for BBQ specifically. Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri. Been to Joes, Jack Stack & Arthur Bryant in Missouri. Franklins, La Barbecue, Salt Lick and Valentina's in Austin and Burn Co in Tulsa Oklahoma.
These guys are very good without a doubt.

Smoked Reuben
We just moved to Menomonee Falls and we stumbled on this place that is just 5 minutes away from our house. WOW. It’s really hard to find really good BBQ up here in Wisconsin and it is some of the best I have tasted. We got wings, bourbon sweet potatoes, cheesy potatoes, and mac n cheese. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back here again to try more!

I've had the luxury of partaking in authentic Austin TX BBQ (Terry Black, Salt Lick, Rudy's, Interstellar). Also had a stop in Kansas City, and ate at LC's BBQ, and Slaps.
Justin, the owner, makes BBQ -BETTER- than the originals.
The Smoked Reuben is my go to (no thousand Island please). Best one you'll ever have.
Smoked wings are unbeatable.
Today's special was "smoked then fried" chicken. Out of this world.
Order your brisket "fatty", and try the cheesy bacon potato side.

EAT HERE!!!! You will be so glad you did. I had the sampler platter so I could I could try more things. It comes with home made corn bread which was amazing. Every meat that I had was cooked perfectly. All of them were super tender, moist and perfectly seasoned. There selections of barbecue sauces will satisfy every taste buds. My family and I are from Illinois and came to Wisconsin for apple picking, and we will definitely be back every time we are in the area. This is an amazing family owned business that we are so grateful to experience and enjoy. If you live in the area, you would be a fool not to give them a chance and win your taste buds!

Brisket Sandwich
Best BBQ in SE Wisconsin and I'm open to anyone challenging that. This place is so good. The meat is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth, amazing smoke flavor. I recommend getting the pork belly for sure.

Ordered this through postmate and food looks nothing like the pictures. Wanted sliced brisket but got chopped. Pork belly don't look right. Food is extra dry and what bbq place don't come with any bbq sauce at all. Looks like we got leftover or food that they couldn't sell. This is the amount of food for $70+. Looking at the reviews i thought this place would be good. Don't know if I will order from here again.
If you have not been here yet, get here it is a must. Looks like they had Reverse flow offset BBQ. The best BBQ you will get anywhere near Waukesha county. The meats are prepared beautifully. The brisket, pork belly and ribs(we had them dry)were juicy and seasoned well. I am not a BBQ sauce lover but my favorite was the gold! Yummy!! And if you don’t like Smokey foods it sounds like they have a ton of other things to choose from!
