What a fun little place. We had an iced mocha. They charge per shot , not size and our coffee was spendy but delicious. They had house made macarons for St Patty’s Day and they were so cute! The only draw back to this place is the location. Put this place un Portland and Seattle and there would be lines out the door. In sleepy Independence in the winter, not so busy. The deserts here are on par with any place I've ever been. The chai bread pudding with whiskey sauce is fantastic. The creme brule and tarta also fantastic. I'm not a champagne person but they also have champagne and cocktails. I had the cappuccino and my wife had an Americano, both were great. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by to grab dessert on our way to the coast to celebrate our anniversary. We were really impressed by the number of delicious looking desserts in the case! We settled on a marionberry bar and lemon tiramisu. The owner was super helpful and friendly and even explained what went into making the tiramisu. She even convinced us to add a small bottle of champagne (which, yea cost more but it was a good call 😉). Our desserts (which we saved for later, after dinner) were SO delicious! The Cafe itself was super cute and the menu looked amazing, too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Jubilee champagne and desserts is delicious. The staff is super friendly and make wonderful drinks, a perfect 👌 Old Fashioned. I wasn't a huge fan of the ice cream simply because it had cake frosting in it, a little bit too sweet for me. This is a great place to hang out, catch up with friends and a perfect location. Such friendly staff and some of the best cupcakes I've ever had!! The people working there are always super nice. One of my friends and I have gone here a couple times and we've yet to have something we don't love. She's gotten their homemade marshmallow and a few of their cupcakes, I've gotten their cupcakes and a piece of cheesecake and both of us absolutely loved everything we've had. Super cute shop with sweet treats and bubbly. Happen to see the shop on our way to check out a food cart around the corner. Cupcakes were very moist and delicious. Frosting on point, not overly sweet and couldn't taste the butter. Gooey butter bar was to die for and so was the spooky brownie. I can not say enough great things about this place for my short visit. I was even able to order a bubbly cocktail to-go. Fabulous place, treats and beverage. We love Jubilee Champagne and Dessert Bar. Their cupcakes and cakes are absolutely delicious! We’ve ordered our wedding cake and daughter’s 1st birthday cake from them. (Vanilla with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream frosting) The customer service is great and the owner is very sweet. We froze a slice of our wedding cake and had it on our one year anniversary and it still tasted as good and as fresh as it was the day we were married. The buttercream frosting is to die for and the glitter decoration is lovely! 10/10 recommend them! I’ve had dessert from here about 5 times and it’s always really good. We love their crème brûlée and have gotten it every time we’ve gone. On one occasion, one of the crème brûlées was completely liquid on the inside and like soup. However, we have only experienced that once in all the times we’ve gone. My kids absolutely love their pumpkin bar too. They have a large selection of desserts and I would definitely recommend stopping here!

It's a double dog cute in there! I love coming here I love to get a slice of lemon cake or German chocolate cheesecake and my husband likes to drink champagne or he'll get watermelon vodka on the rocks it's very fun I'm not much of a drinker but I love my sweets my husband can decompress with champagne and I get to have a cupcake it's absolutely the most delicious!
