Have to say the food was very good. Clam chowder soup is delicious & definitely homemade. Halushki was excellent. My daughter chose the Philly steak and fries and really enjoyed them. My sis had the lentil soup which was thick an very good, with that she also ate the stuffed cabbage w mashed potatoes which apparently was extremely good , since it disappeared off her plate! The place is not glamorous but it is very comfortable & kept clean. Can't say enough great things about the staff. They were warm & welcoming as they greeted all that entered. They were prompt & cordial and extremely friendly. Our waitress Sharon, made us feel like we knew each other for years. She was friendly, funny and very accommodating. Cute, quaint diner we came across when in town purchasing a car. We were hungry and I searched for something just like what I came across when we went to John’s! Good prices as you’d expect for a diner, very friendly server and quick service. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend you stop in for a quick and affordable bite!
