We went to Joe's to grab some late-night po boys. They were so much better than ones we had gotten from a place that specializes in po boys. The service is always wonderful, too, as long as you like being called "beb". The atmosphere- I mean, come on. Walked in sat down and was immediately greeted and waited on friendly and professional. Recieved a traditional king cake and got a side Bisquit with egg and cheese that was great and my coworkers ate the entire king cake and all complimented how good it was. I WAITED ABOUT 15mins for OVERCOOKED GLAZED BEIGNETS! When I asked for it to be re-cooked I was told no because of the cook(he didn’t want to re-cook it)! I asked for refund & was told no & the Manager has to be there. This was around 4:45pm. BAD customer service! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
