Food was delicious and a great variety. Service was friendly and took pride in the work. Food comes out sporadically so plan on a little extra time if you visit. Seating is limited because it's small. Really looking forward to going back again and again! The Best Ramen in this town. You will experience a terrific ramen the owner invented! You will fully enjoy the authentic taste of Japanese ramen for sure!!! Highly and strongly recommended. The chef keeps studying and developing the recipe for better ramen! I had the ramen, which is why I went specifically, the noodles are freshly made and are much of what makes good ramen... good ramen. The pork is slow roasted and shredded. Make sure to give it some soak time in the broth before eating. Chashu, unfortunately, is not on the menu. There are no additions to order and the portion is just a bit on the small side. Really just a bit, it needs more noodles. Also an egg is extra when it really should just be part of the dish for an extra $1 or whatever makes it fiscally viable. Now the really good stuff the spicy miso broth is surprisingly good, like addictively good, and there is roasted cabbage leaves that really fills in the overall flavor.
