We waited an hour and a half for our “freaky fast subs”. I called the restaurant to check on my order (45 minutes after we ordered) and we were told they were on their way. We continued to wait, so I called back 1.5 hours after I ordered. The manager, Sarah proceeded to tell me there was a warning stating there was a long delivery time and she actually hung up on me. We received damp subs that we ended up throwing away I never received a message about the long delivery time in addition I have an email that clearly states it would be a 30 minute delivery. I would recommend avoiding this location and try one of the other small businesses in town. Service Delivery Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

Don't go near this place. We had to change our order and they did the refund wrong and refused to correct their mistake. So we are dealing with the bank to get our money back. $200 plus dollars. Train you employees. Meal type Other Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’m really starting to dislike Jimmy John’s in Deforest. I love the food so I’m not gonna stop eating here. I just wish they could get my order right. I always tip good but for some reason it just seems like every other time I order literally every other time I order it’s never right still waiting on the manager to call me from an incident that happened a month ago all in all it’s good food if you’d like freakishly fast subs go here but make sure what you want is what you get😎 Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I've been eating at this Jimmy John's for the last 8 years that i've been living in De Forest. The store is fantastic, the staff is good and even recognizes me and does little things like not giving me forks/bags that i don't need (I like to reduce the amount of plastics needed for my order). From time to time the store gets very busy or backed up, but that is not common. I really enjoy the seasonal food choices that happen and the new Salads are especially delicious. Subs were fine, expensive but that’s everywhere. But the music was so loud in there I couldn’t have a conversation with my lunch mate. Asked them to turn it down but they didn’t. 👎🏻
I like to start saying I usually have no problems ordering food whatsoever and find their delivery very convenient. I called to receive some cookies that had been left out of my order and was told they would be sent over quickly. I call again 50 minutes later wanting to get a refund only to be told my order was already delivered to the high school (How it was delivered to the high school I still don't know.) and they had no idea why I was calling. I was told they couldn't do anything and was hung up on promptly like I was being annoying. There must have been some miscommunication I didn't realize but it's frustrating. I don't ever write paragraphs or reviews but this just left me confused.
Let me start by saying usually the subs are pretty good and there isn't a lot in Deforest for delivery options so I order from here a lot. Today though I ordered a sandwich and added extra veggies to it, but when I got it there was none of the veggies on it. I called to talk to them and the person who answered literally wanted to just send over a bag with the veggies in it for me to put on. I know that is technically what I was missing but there was no "hey we are sorry" or anything just "well I can send the veggies over with the delivery driver when I get back" This store is always really slow with delivery and that wasn't exactly going to work with my narrow window for lunch. Thanks but no thanks
Don’t rely on the app to correctly tell you when your order is ready, ordered pick up at 4pm and got the notification at 9pm when they closed(I walked in around 4:15 and got my food). Delivery will take a long time but they’re always nice whenever I have to call and complain, once I didn’t even receive my order and they not only sent me a replacement but refunded my money the next morning! I order lunch from this store often and they have not once messed up my order. They are quick unless it is prime lunch or dinner hours, then it can take a bit but that is common sense. The staff are always nice and the delivery people are as well.
