Pedí unos tacos de birria con unos amigos y la mesera me trajo otro plato que no había pedido. Le comenté lo que había sucedido que me trajo el plato que no era y ella estaba segura que esos eran tacos de birria cuando en realidad no lo eran. Le pedí que me trajera el menú para mostrarle lo que decía en el y le mostré lo que decia. Fue a verificar y sinceramente picho. Me termino atendiendo y cobrando un muchacho, no se si era otro mesero o el gerente . Fue muy amable con nosotros y me dijo que fue error de ellos. En fin, espero que mejoren en el servicio.

Service is extremely slow, food was not the best. Location is good but if service and food needs to improve, parking was pitch black at night and doesn’t look safe neither for costumers and employees.

Fui con mi pareja el sábado a las 12:00 por que me hablaron del lugar. Pero si tienen cámaras observen que me detuve a comer en el lugar .había una chica adentro y me vio.le toque los cristales. Ni me miró y decía open .tanto en su página. Como en los cristales.. nada de atención.. después se atreven a decir .que lo s negocios se caen... pero fuimos a lupitos en sangerman y fuimos bien atendidos..

At first I was welcome with this sweet smiling face which it made me feel like VIP.
I required a menu however if you don't have your cell to scan QR code or Facebook to see the menu then she give you a substitute menu, which it does not give you the whole menu.
I ordered the quesdilla mixta pollo and churrasco, its accompanied with pica de gallo, guacamole and sour cream. Unfortunately, when I arrived home (YAUCO). The pica de gallo, guacamole and sour cream didn't arrived.😡
Oh goodness I forgot to mention it had some undercooked corn chips, no choice to throw out.
I called to complaint but you have to leave voice-mail and no call back. (Yet)
Mr. Manager when you hire a crew to work on the floor make sure they're smiling and treating your customers with a friendly services, so your customers come back. It's unfortunate for you have only one crew member with charisma when the others are behind the bar with this annoying face. I was there at 1:30 pm
I wish you the best bcz you will need it! Also tell your crew to recheck the orders before giving it out.
