Very rude customer service desk her name was Donna I had double charges she didn’t want to refund back I call manager he was very rude then he started cursing me then finally she agreed to so she give change back I holding hand she put money in counter Very shady business put price at products when you take registrar always regular price lots time never scan regular price I am going to call consumers complain has in newspaper cashier still don’t give you ask you to clip. They make there own rules I went to other store her name marisole she didn’t touch she says go to same store don’t shop look at price 3 times higher then any other store. Very unprofessional. I want to talk with above management price has product 3 99 for 2 when u take register never scan right I always shop all grocery store scan right kind scammed and where is policy says coupon you need to clip casher ask for clip I never see shady business very rude raisist never shop no one manager care

8-24-23 Thank-you to the lovely, young lady in bakery who decorated a cookie cake for my grandsons 5th birthday! It was so pretty and adding the Ninja Turtles on it was so special! He loved it! Thanks again 👍🙂

Giving 5 stars because of a particular employee. Jeanne was the cashier as I was checking out. I was absolutely blown away by her customer service. She assisted the person in front of me by bagging their groceries and then going above and beyond by placing them in their cart. I was welcomed with the same friendly greeting she gave the person in front of me and the same customer service experience. I purchased a bouquet of flowers which she went over to the next station and placed them in a specific flower bag. I want to recognize her amazing customer service and was glad to have her assist me. I hope that Jeanne gets the recognition she deserves because she truly deserves it. Thanks Jeanne! You are amazing!

Great store to get your everyday food essentials very clean and inviting the remodel takes a little getting use to but will adjust over time overall great experience with friendly customer service..

I've shipped at this Jewel for a while...I find the layout easy to follow and the people are usually helpful and pleasant... there are a few it might be better to avoid. The produce is fresh and well taken care of and most of the items are not out of date. If you shop the end caps, be careful, that's where I've found many soon to be outdated items.

Very rude customer service at the refund service desk. I stopped by today for the cherries and forgot to clip the coupon and went to the refund service desk, the elderly lady kept saying you have to clip it by your self, I don’t have your phone, it’s not automatically applied, she said it like 5 to 6 times at least! So loud and so rude! And the refund she gave me is wrong too! It was almost $10 less what it supposed to be! Her attitude is not good!!! So rude!!!
