Very rude, inpatient and unprofessional Management and Stuff in this store in Streamwood. The Worth service ever. All prices in wrong areas. MESS.... I was buying today Bag of small Peppers, was huge price Tags all over 79 cents..... Cashier said it's not on sale, Manager said what I HAVE TO READ ALL TAGS WITH TINY LETTERS..... She was so rude and blamed me, what I didn't read all tags. But prices 79 cents was all over. That Blond lady always in customer service area and always very rude and unprofessional, looks like she hate Buyer and her job. Very unhappy

My husband and I went to jewel for medicine and went through the entrance by the flower shop. I saw a big bouquet of flowers and told my husband to ourselves “wow those are expensive” and just walked away, while walking away a old lady employee with glasses and had a wrist strap thing across her arm that works in the flower department comments “they are the same price as last year” with the UGLIEST attitude. (Maybe she’s manager for that department) I remember in the past when I went to look at bouquets for my wedding she had the same kind of negative attitude towards us and we decided not to do it. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but clearly that’s not the case. She shouldn’t work in customer service if she’s gonna have that kind of attitude towards people.

I love shopping at Jewel for our groceries, especially their weekly sales and U deals. very nearby to our house and ever since Aldi moved it's our go-to grocer. It does seem like the produce department is not as large as I wish. Also, the organic options aren't too many. The Palatine Dundee Jewel definitely feels like it has a lot larger selection of produce. Great service as well.

Easy to get in and out. Friendly staff except for one guy in produce who's always in a bad mood. Produce can be "iffy," meat and seafood good. Sales and coupons bring prices in line with other stores.
