As someone with a peanut allergy who loves pad Thai it can be so hard to find a place that can make sure it’s allergen free. Jewel of Siam did just that and it was the best pad Thai I’ve ever had. I tried Jewel of Siam for the first time, and it was delicious. I asked for my order to be made without egg and they accommodated me with no problem. I have a decent tolerance for heat for a person from a boring ethnic background with generally bland foods. I ordered "medium" spicy, and it was quite spicy for me. My nose was running. If you can't handle the heat, order "mild". The pad see ewe was fantastic, tastier than most other good Thai reataurants in the west and south suburbs. The service was friendly and lovely.
