First time trying Jerseys mikes sandwiches and holy sh*t they’re strictly fire 🔥 🤤 Amazing customer service as well 👌
If zero stars were an option they would get zero stars! I walked into the new location and saw 6 employees, 2 doing paperwork, 2 talking, 1 sweeping and 1 hustling to the back after I walked in, not one acknowledged me entering the door or asking if they can take my order. I waited close to a minute and a half before asking the group of them for their corporate office number. They then asked what I needed and if I wanted to order. Not a single customer was in there, I've been in the restaurant business for decades and have always acknowledged my customers as soon as possible. The owners of this location need to teach their employees customer service or his business will lose customers. I walked out with no food and a bad taste in my mouth.
