I love Jersey Mike's. Number 13 no tomato made perfectly. The associates were also very nice and super chill. I went in 30 minutes prior to closing and felt horrible about it but they assured me it was cool. They had just mopped the floor and we're listening to music for the cleaning vibes. It was a quick order in and out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The customer service at this location just gets worse and worse. You place an order in advance so that you don't have to wait because some people actually have to work a job. They tell you the order is going to be ready at a specific time. You arrive at that time, then sit in the lobby for an additional 15 minutes and not a single employee acknowledges you. Finally, you get up and ask if they have any mobile orders ready which are all sitting on the back counter. Not out on the front counter where they're supposed to be ready for pickup. All three employees are completely silent. Don't even say hello. Don't even acknowledge any of their customers. I swear this customer service at this location gets worse and worse every single week on top of being out of products consistently. Maybe it's time to start saving some money and spending it elsewhere that is more worthy. Honestly it just a disappointment. Went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today and it was good don't get me wrong, but I asked for Rosemary Parm bread and I got the regular one :'( Overall, it was a good sandwich and great customer service and I got a free cookie for it being my first time :-) Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
