Went recently and had a very nice experience. Atmosphere has completely changed, and the staff was very friendly. Food is still great.
The food is usually good. I don’t know what it is, but every time I have come at night, the folks behind the counter have been angry, and short, and fairly rude. I know a night shift can be rough, but as a customer, and someone who’s worked on that side of the counter at one point or another in my life, I am very patient and polite, and am not a fan of how quickly I want to be out of there whenever I’m there.

As a local and fellow patron, please, PLEASE hire people that aren’t rude. I gave two stars because this isn’t about the food, but instead the customer service. If it was just the food I’d be giving 5 stars- Always delicious subs! But the young men that work here clearly do not care and do not want to work. It is during these visits I remind myself why I don’t come here as often as I would like. I’m currently standing in the establishment writing this because I’m so appalled by their lack of manners, behavior, and overall lack of customer service. And if you’re wondering if my order was complicated, I promise you it wasn’t. A number 7 for my youngest child, and a 26 for my husband. Not difficult at all.

Always love the food but the one thing that can kill it all is when employees are extremely rude. Everyone there seemed to have a short temper today and seemed really mad that people were coming in. I never write any review but today seemed necessary since I will no longer go to this location.

I enjoyed an original Italian sub the Mike's Way with everything, hot peppers and "the juice"! It was very good!
