I placed an order online thru the app, for delivery thru door dash. I realized after I submitted the order one of the sandwiches I ordered was the wrong one. I called the store and spoke to the asst manager, I think his name was Mike. He went above and beyond, and corrected the wrong sandwich before the dasher arrived to pick up the order! I appreciate this so much as this was for a co worker, not myself. I appreciate you so much! Keep up the great work! It's a solid deli style sandwiches place that honestly tastes pretty good. the only reason this is a 3 star review is price. Our recent visit to Jersey Mike's left much to be desired. Both my wife and I found our subs to be lacking in flavor, with minimal meat and cheese.
