A day ago
I ordered a portobello and swiss sandwich today. No one was working the grill. No one was even called to the grill for 7-8 minutes. Finally someone came and completed my order. I asked for oil and vinegar but when I unwrapped the sandwich I found the bread soaked thru like a wet paper towel. I usually take my order here without mayo, oil and vinegar because they always put on too much. I wish I had not taken the chance today. The mushrooms were bland and unseasoned. They were very stingy with the bell pepers, and they forgot to add the cheese. Food: 1 Service: 1
