First time here, and so happy we decided to try it. Food and drinks were delicious. Everything cooked perfectly. My kids finished all their food which doesn't happen often. Waitress was very kind and let us know when we were ready we could pay at the register. We were in and out within a timely manner. Would be nice is sides like mayo, sour cream and/or salsa were "full" sides (meaning the little cup was filled and not with water). Server needs to state up charges if an extra is requested. Seems portions of the above sides has gotten smaller as in half full or watered down as of late. Just say that its so as one does not need to find out at checkout and feel nickel and dimed!! Things have changed but NOT for the better. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Y'all!!! Jeannie's Place is "THE PLACE" for breakfast if you are in Eustis or surrounding area. Don't be fooled by the "hole in the wall" appearance.
