I reached out to JB about having custom cupcake decorations, a onesie, and a high chair banner for my daughter's first birthday party about a month before the party. She confirmed she was able to make what I was requesting so I placed an order and paid about three weeks from the party. JB told me she would send me a proof of my items so I could review and approve before she made the items. About two weeks before the event I reached out to ask for a status on the proof and was told the proof would be available later that week. After a week I had not received anything so reached out again for a status. I received no response. I reached out separately two more times without a response. Two days before the party I received the proof. I had some changes which were addressed. The day before the party I was told the items would not be ready for pick up the day before the party as originally requested and instead would be dropped off at the party location the day of the party. Despite me saying what time the party was, the items were dropped off at my house after the party had started. When I received the items the ink on the onesie and banner appear as though they had ran, the graphics on the onesie were not cleanly cut, and text on the onesie was not clear to the point that it could barely be read. Overall I was very disappointed with the quality of the items I received and felt stuck in a position to accept them as I had no other option. While JB informed me she had some unexpected schedule conflicts that impacted my order, I feel like my items were rushed to be completed when I would have rather been told the order could not be done in time so that I could've made other arrangements. This was a very special day for myself, our family, and our friends who joined us and it is unfortunate that key decoration items we were excited to receive did not live up to the expectations. I also reached out to JB through our original communication after the party to try to correct the matter and the message went unread. Apparently the owner does not care if she produces poor quality products. I hope she doesn’t scam someone else with her awful work!

JB is hands down one of the kindest people I have ever worked with! She went above and beyond for my son’s birthday party. He wanted a “Mater cake” and boy, did she deliver! The cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious. The cake was moist and flavorful, and the frosting was sweet and creamy. Our guests devoured them and several asked for her contact information. JB is extremely communicative and responsive and made our experience outstanding. The photos don’t do these treats justice and as you can tell from the cupcake photo, my guests couldn’t wait to get their hands on them! Thank you SO much, JB! We will definitely be ordering for our next event, and future events to come!

I ordered two dozen Harry Potter sugar cookies to give as favors for my son’s 11th birthday. I sent her inspiration photos that were rather elaborate and she assured me she could do it. On the day of pick-up, after not having heard from her after my 9AM email (we had communicated solely by email at that point), I called and left her a message at 1:30 asking about pick-up. She called me shortly after sounding frazzled telling me that someone else had picked up my cookies the day before along with his order! No one noticed that he took an extra two dozen cookies, nor did they notice the next day when they should have been contacting me for my pick-up. She assured me that she would drop everything and make my cookies right away for my son’s party the next day. I told her the latest she could drop them off would be the next morning, knowing they would need to set. Instead she contacted me a few hours later and said they were ready and dropped off super basic cookies with edible images stuck on top. Seriously, I could have done that! Even worse, the cookies must have been stuck in the favor bags warm because all the images melted and stuck to the bags. They were so disappointing! I was also not convinced in her haste that she could have assured a peanut safe cookie like I ordered since she probably used whatever she had on hand. She told me that she called the guy who picked up my cookies and he said he hadn’t noticed. Didn’t notice? And then didn’t offer to return the cookies? I suspect what actually happened is that my cookies never got made and she made that guy up. I asked her for a refund since these were not usable and were not the cookies I ordered anyway and she refused. I’m not sure why I had to pay for someone else to get my cookies. She should have charged him and given me my money back. (I don’t think there ever was another person to charge). She offered instead to bake me two dozen more sometime. I do not have any events coming up where I would need two dozen cookies, nor would I want to use her because I see now she is not able to produce the elaborate designs I had requested and she agreed to replicate, and relies heavily on edible images which taste gross. I have waited months to post this in the hopes that some resolution would be reached but at this point I just want to save someone else from dealing with the mess I did.

Oh Thursday I posted in a local mom group that I needed a custom shirt made. JB reached out to me and said she could do it. She edited the two pictures I sent her, came up with some additional creative ideas for the design, and had them made and ready for me THE NEXT DAY!! The very next day. She even got the shirts for me!! She was super cheap and over the top helpful. She also owns this bakery, JB's Sweet Addiction and she threw in some delicious cupcakes with the shirts. I am absolutely blown away and soooo grateful!! Thank you so much!! She is an absolute gem of a person and a dream to work with.

My husband bought me red velvet cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies from the JB’s Sweet Addiction food truck at the Tampa Convention Center; the cookies were good but the cupcakes were dry. They cost way too much money to be dry and stale tasting.
