The atmosphere is great, the food is fantastic, and the staff is very nice. The drinks are delicious and I had a wonderful first time eating here. I ordered the Mama's meatloaf and it was the best I ever had. I recommend the meatloaf. It's not listed in the choices given in this review. Shared a birthday lunch with 2 of my sisters. We had a great experience today. Jacks staff were very gracious as we continued our visit together long after we finished our meals. We were the only people still seated upstairs and we were told to take our time that it was no problem for us 3 elderly sisters to continue our visit together. Celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday this Saturday and the service was excellent. We had a party of 13 and the servers was patience and very attentive. We had a private room and we enjoyed the fact that we was able to enjoy our family and friends in private. The restaurant was packed but but it didn't effect us at all.
