Need large signs for times of breakfast or lunch. Employees are overwhelmed trying to do both. Alot of aggravated customers not knowing what's what. Training starts at the top. Watched shift manager drag around with lousy appearance n attitude. Customers waiting gave up n left. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Once again request fresh fries and get a large combo just to be sold old fries. Honestly about to just give up. These people do not care about serving fresh food even when asked directly to make sure food is fresh. It’s pathetic. Basically robbing people for expensive subpar products almost trash. Inedible. It should be against the law to continually serve old food. They do this EVERYTIME i go to Jacks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got a Big Jack combo meal, and it was really good. I didn't realize until I got it that mine had 3 beef patties on it, which is a lot for a $5-6 burger (in comparison to the McDonald's Quarter Pounder). The fries were alright, but that's probably because I'm not a big fan of crinkle-cut fries. Overall, this is a very good fart food place. The food tasted awful. We had fried chicken, and it tasted like it was cooked in old grease or something, and it was dry like it was sitting for a while. They must have been slow because they only had breasts and thighs and probably didn't want to cook any more for the night. It was the first time anyone had ever threw hot sauce and honey in the bag without asking, though. The macaroni and cheese also seemed like they were sitting for a while because all the cheese was on the bottom. Stopped at Jack's in Clanton for lunch and as usual the food was great. I ordered the 3 piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes & gravy and green beans. It also came with a very large fluffy homemade biscuit. The pieces were very big and cooked perfectly. The crust was crispy and the inside meat was very juicy. My wife got the mushroom and Swiss Burger and really loved it. Their fries are the best of all fast food restaurants. Great value for money. We had the chicken fried platter with two sides. It was great for fast food. Love the green beans!! The service was great - very friendly and helpful since we had never been there before. The lobby seemed like it needed some attention - but I was also very tired and this could have impacted my impression. Came through the DRIVE THRU and she was very rude on the speaker. Ordered the #1 with out onions and of course it had onions on it.. if you are going to be RUDE at least get the order right!! I ordered the chicken fried chicken dinner online and when I got to store to pick up the 2 sides I ordered they didn't have. Only side that was available was fries or pies. So I had to get 2 pies to go with chicken fried chicken patty that was the size for a child. Will not go back to this restaurant. I was very upset. They shouldnt offer something they dont have. I will never be back here again. To start I ordered a gravy biscuit for me, and a side of eggs and cheese for my daughter. To start off, they put the eggs in the the gravy biscuit and now she has gravy eggs. As I’m feeding her bites of egg without the gravy I see there is hair cooked into the egg. Then I call, the manager tells me to come back and I explain to him I’m at work, and can not leave. He said “I’m sorry about that, have a great day” 😂😂 wow! I mean just wow!!! Update: the lady that works next to me took it back for me and they did remake it. And guess what? They gave my baby burnt eggs. I’m so disgusted with this location. And again I’ll never be back.
