They completely messed up our order and didnt fix the problem the lady shut the window when I tried to explain what was wrong. We were traveling so as we just decided to eat it and not stop at a jack in the box again! The food turned out to be over cooked and hard, fries were cold and soggy, and they couldnt even give us syrup for the mini pancakes. We ended up with one edible meal out of $42.00 of food. Ridiculous, never again! I even complained to the company and have never heard back from them that shows they dont care about customers and the workers at that location definitely had zero customer service skills.
