I recently become a big fan of Jack in the Box. The burgers are an actual medley of flavors. The services is usually pretty good, but hey, it’s a fast food restaurant. I swear to GOD! This is the WORST Jack in the Box location I have ever been to in my LIFE! SMH. My most recent trip here they gave me BURNT FOOD and that was the last straw for me... I will never eat here again. I've also experienced other annoying things too like getting the INCORRECT order on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, barely being able to hear the workers as they mumble through the speaker taking my order, rude workers just handing me my food without saying enjoy your meal or have a nice day, etc. And the funniest thing of all is this Jack in the Box Suisun location has the NERVE to have a tip jar outside the drive thru window. LOL ! It'll be a cold day in hell before I ever give this Jack in the Box location a tip.
